If they are, we will hold the dates until you book your flights (if required) and let you know the deposit that is required. Where possible, we will also let you know if you can vary your dates by 1 or 2 days, giving you the best chance of completing your booking.

Once you have booked your flights, you should immediately let us know. You should also send the deposit - as soon as this is received, the booking will be confirmed and a formal booking form will be sent to you.
